Although you can build your new home directly from these stock house plans, they also can be modified specifically to meet most any modification request. Most of the time people order their plans and have them built, however, occasionally we do have requests for modifications.

Most requests are minor, such as adding a window, changing a wall, or reversing a plan. On occasion we will have more complex requests, such as changing a roof, adding or removing a room. Virtually every change can be made short of redesigning the entire home.

All farmhouse plans in our collection meet the UBC “uniform building code”. Some states may require you to have your house plan engineered to meet certain code requirements for that state so it is important to check with your local building codes office before you purchase any house plans on the internet. Make sure that you understand code requirements and ask if we have resources for your state of residence, as plans, once purchased, are non-refundable.
